We currently ship directly to addresses in the European Union and United States of America.

Average transit time is 2-3 working days to all EU countries and USA.

We'll send a shipment notification email or text when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number. You can click the tracking number to track your package or enter the tracking number on the carrier's website.

This depends on if you're asking before or after your orders are packed. For orders that are already packed: It's not possible to combine multiple orders and ship them together once they have been approved. E-mail us at service@coffeetime.eu and we will see what we can do.

No, we do not allow local pick ups or visits to our facility.

Yes, send us your new address via email (service@coffeetime.eu) and we will update it for you.

We don't support splitting one order into multiple shipments going to separate addresses. Currently, we require one order per shipping address.

No, since we aim to ship every order as fast as possible it's common for orders to arrive sooner than expected. We are not able to hold an order to ship on a specific date for delivery on an exact date.

If your order is lost, please contact us immediately and we will locate it or ship new items to you.

Orders are most often sent back to us because the address was missing an apartment, suite, or floor number. Other missing information and typos can cause a return as well. If your package is being returned to us please let us know at service@coffeetime.eu. We would be happy to resend the order to an updated address right away.

It is for the delivery company to contact you in case of any difficulties they have with your delivery, if you do not provide us with a telephone number and there are any issues with the delivery of your order the delivery company will not be able to contact you. And when your order is shipped via DPD and you provide us with your mobile number they will send you updates via text message.

If your order contains a mix of products, you may receive some items separately as some products are stored at different facilities.

Returns & Exchanges

When you wish to return a product, please contact: service@coffeetime.eu with the order number, products and reason why you want to return it.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, coffee, tea, syrup, chocolate, cocoa, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
